Moving Forward together

Our course in Safe and Sustainable Ship Management

Overview 2024

A milestone year of connection, change and progress

Dear readers,

As we look back on 2024, I feel incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. This year marked a special milestone: 30 years of MF Shipping Group. We celebrated this anniversary not only at our office in the Netherlands but also with our teams in the Philippines and Turkey, recognising the heart and soul of our company: our people.

2024 also reminded us how complex and unpredictable the world can be. Geopolitical tensions, conflict and economic uncertainty have affected many regions, including places where our seafarers live and work. These developments impact not only global trade but also the everyday lives of many of our colleagues and their families. In times like these, our values, our connection and our professionalism matter more than ever.

Despite these challenges, we continue to move forward. I had the honour of being appointed President of the European Community Shipowners Associations (ECSA), a role I accept with gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility. This achievement would not have been possible without the continued trust of our industry partners, the loyalty of our colleagues, and the spirit of collaboration that defines our company. Thank you all for making this possible.

This new role naturally comes with responsibility. To create space for it, we made internal changes to strengthen our structure and support our leadership team. We also established a dedicated Sustainability Department to help us stay focused and aligned with our mission.

In 2024, we proudly welcomed the arrival of the newbuild tankers Thun Resource and Thun Reliance, marking a significant step forward in our fleet’s modernisation. At the same time, we bid farewell to Thun Gothenburg and launched our refreshed website. A platform that truly reflects who we are and what we stand for: our people, sustainability, and continuous innovation.

The year was also marked by many dockings across our fleet, ensuring continued safety and operational excellence. Unfortunately, we had to report one Category 3 incident (mooring safety), which we take very seriously and from which we have learned valuable lessons.

At the same time, we remain firmly committed to supporting the wellbeing of our seafarers, advancing digitalisation and improving how we manage our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) responsibilities. These are not just trends — they are essentials for a stronger and more resilient future.

As we close this special year, I want to thank each and every one of you. Whether you are at sea or ashore, whether you work with us as a client, partner or colleague, you are part of the MF Shipping Group story. Together, we are not only sailing into the future, we are shaping it.

Our commitment to move forward

Our mission, vision and core values are the foundation of MF Shipping Group.
They guide our daily work, help us navigate changing business cycles, and steer us towards long-term goals.

We fully comply with all applicable international laws and regulations — that goes without saying. But we go further: we operate in line with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles and actively support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our corporate strategy provides a clear direction for the years ahead.

It is built on three key pillars that connect our ambition with our actions. These pillars shape how we grow, how we lead, and how we contribute to a safe, sustainable and inclusive future. They reflect who we are today — and where we want to be tomorrow.

Safe & Sustainable

We aim for zero incidents and 100% safety, leading the way to a sustainable maritime future.

At MF Shipping Group, we proactively address the environmental challenges facing the maritime industry. Sustainability and safety are integral to our operations, influencing everything from ship management to office practices. Beyond simply complying with regulatory requirements, we strive to set a standard in safety and environmental stewardship. We carefully assess both the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of our operations and continuously evaluate opportunities for improvement.

Our people/our culture

Our people are our strength, driven by a culture of care, safety and inclusion.

At the core of our operations is a deep respect for human rights and an unwavering commitment to fostering a safe, positive, inclusive, safe and equitable working environment. We prioritise the wellbeing of our colleagues, adhere to international human rights standards and strictly oppose forced and child labour. Our people-focused culture, encapsulated in our core value of ‘unique family’, drives us to maintain an impeccable safety record and promote diversity and inclusion. With a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination and harassment, and a commitment to equal opportunities for all, we strive to create a positive workplace where every individual is valued and can thrive, contributing to our collective success as a socially responsible leader in the maritime industry.

Digital Driven

Digitalization enhances our safety, sustainability and efficiency.

Under our Digital Driven strategic pillar, our vision is to prioritize the safety and well-being of our people, while leveraging digitalization to drive enhanced safety, sustainability, and efficiency. By harnessing the power of data, we can measure, understand, and continuously optimize our operations, ensuring greater effectiveness and performance across all levels.

Environmental

At MF Shipping Group, safety and sustainability are our top priorities. We actively address the environmental challenges facing the maritime industry. Safety and sustainability are embedded in everything we do, from ship management to office operations.

We go beyond simply complying with regulations — we aim to set a leading example in safe and sustainable practices. We continuously assess the immediate and long-term environmental impact of our activities and look for ways to improve.

A key part of our approach is close collaboration with partners, shipowners, and their customers. We understand that achieving sustainability requires significant investment, so we align our initiatives closely with their goals. Building strong, long-term relationships is essential. Through expert advice, innovative solutions, and excellent service, we ensure the responsible and efficient management of ships and cargo. This strengthens not only our operations but also the sustainable future of the maritime industry.

Safety is paramount at MF Shipping Group. Our safety management system fully meets the requirements of SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISO 14001 (for tankers) and TMSA Level 3 (for tankers).

We continuously improve safety by actively seeking employee feedback during monthly meetings and monitoring our Injury Incident Rate (IIR). Safety is a shared responsibility both onboard and ashore.

Everyone in our organisation is committed to safe operations and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) excellence. We promote safety awareness through:

  • Comprehensive safety inductions and familiarisation programmes
  • Regular visits to ships and offices
  • Robust computer-based and onboard training
  • Informal meetings and performance appraisals
  • Insightful corporate seminars

Senior management leads proactive safety campaigns to foster a strong safety culture. Our near-miss reporting programme helps mitigate risks, and best practices are shared via our online portal and newsletters.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are reviewed quarterly during management meetings, shipboard meetings, company events and newsletters. Corrective actions are taken when targets are missed, and departmental managers are held accountable.

We prioritise both physical and psychological safety. Physical safety means strict adherence to international maritime standards, regular inspections and drills, aiming for zero incidents and spills. Psychological safety means fostering a respectful, inclusive and supportive work environment, free from discrimination, bullying, harassment and unacceptable behaviour. We aim for zero incidents of misconduct.

To support this, we provide access to an independent, confidential counsellor so employees can report concerns safely and anonymously. Since 2024, we have used anonymous safety culture surveys to continuously monitor and improve our workplace environment.

Mooring safety campaign

Based on incident analysis, we launched a targeted Mooring Safety Campaign to address risks related to mooring operations. This campaign is communicated extensively through newsletters and discussed during Company Days and Senior Officers Meetings to raise awareness and improve practices across our fleet.

SIRE 2.0 Implementation in 2024

In 2024, SIRE 2.0 was implemented across our entire tanker fleet. Led by the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF), SIRE is becoming the leading safety standard in the global maritime industry.

The Ship Inspection Report Programme (SIRE) serves as an effective risk assessment tool for charterers and terminal operators. We also use Kaiko, a pre-inspection tool that simplifies data collection, reduces paperwork and helps ensure compliance with SIRE 2.0 standards.

Efforts to reduce emissions from our tanker- and general cargo fleet are central to our commitment to sustainability. Fuel monitoring and digitization of systems are being implemented in cooperation with shipowners. For example, flow meters, torque meters and energy monitoring systems such as Energy Eefting and Cetasol (required by our partner Erik Thun AB) are being installed in the fleet. The fleet will also be digitized in the short to medium term (from paper to electronic logbooks).

To automate the monitored consumption in effective reduction of consumption vessels are being equipped with ECO or Dynamic Drive systems which optimize the operation of the propulsion system in driving the vessel in the lowest consumption per nautical mile.

Additionally, the possibilities in coating systems for the underwater area are explored with the use of various hull protection and anti-fouling applications to determine the best option for our fleet and trading area.

Protecting the maritime environment /Ecological impact

The number of oil spills reported in 2024 is zero. From vessels reporting (Near Misses and NCR Internal), this is registered as a KPI, which is documented in Synergy.

Goals Outcome
Zero significant oil-spills or contained spills
2023: 0- spills
2024: 0 spills

The fleet has ballast water systems installed. The target of 100% installation of ballast water systems in the fleet has been achieved in 2024. In addition, each vessel has a ballast water management plan on board in accordance with IMO Resolution A.868(20) to minimize the transfer of harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens during ballast water exchange. This plan is applicable to both national and international ballast water exchange requirements.

Any deficiencies in the ballast water systems will be reported and identified, with a target of zero deficiencies.

The transition from paper logbooks to electronic logbooks will significantly improve our ability to analyse waste data and identify concrete actions. As a first step, we will implement electronic logbooks across the fleet and use 2025/2026 to monitor all waste streams, establishing a clear baseline. This baseline will allow us to visualise waste stream data on board and define targeted actions and goals for 2030 and 2035. By replacing paper with electronic logbooks, we gain accurate, real-time insights that will drive informed decisions and measurable progress towards our waste reduction targets.

Vessels which are equipped with extinguishing foam are, where needed, outfitted with new foam.  Traditional foam types usually contain PFAS which is no longer allowed due to its impact on the environment and food chain for these applications.

During docking periods the holding tanks and piping systems are cleaned and flushed and the PFAS containing foam is discharged and processed ashore according local legislation.

The extinguishing systems are after satisfactory cleanliness refilled with PFAS free alternatives.

Other sustainability projects

Research is being conducted into various antifouling options for vessels, focusing on the effectiveness and environmental impact of the various antifouling solutions. Resulting from this investigation is application of Hempaguard X7 silicon-based coating on Thun Liverpool where we will also apply others, GIT coating and Jotun SQ Endura in 2025, on sister vessels in similar trading areas to have comparison and determine future coatings on vessels.

Batteries on board vessels can improve energy efficiency. Batteries can store excess energy generated by the vessel’s systems, for example during periods of low power demand, and release it when needed. Surplus energy is created by operating the engine in service in the highest efficiency load and charging the excess power not used in the battery, releasing it once fully charged and stopping the fuel driven engine. This energy management helps to optimize fuel consumption and reduce overall energy waste. The battery packs will be installed on the existing dry cargo vessels. Newbuilding will have battery packs integrated from the start of their service life.

Newly delivered vessels will be equipped with Eco-drive systems. Existing vessels will be considered for retrofitting with Eco-drive systems. The Eco-drive system is adaptive propulsion and fuel optimization software. The software automatically and dynamically determines the most energy efficient propeller pitch/rpm settings to generate the thrust required to maintain the desired speed. The Eco-drive functionality is expected to deliver a 10% reduction in fuel consumption.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our office environment, which boasts an A++ energy rating and all-electric heating and cooling systems. Features such as automatic solar shading, thermally efficient glazing, and automatic lighting controls to maximize energy efficiency. Annual electricity consumption is monitored via the CENSO Live platform. As a result of these building improvements, electricity consumption will decrease by 18% from 2022 to 2024. Another future project is the installation of LED lighting throughout the building, which will be phased in over the next few years.

Unit 2022 2023 2024
Total electricity consumption MWh 310 277 254
Water consumption m3 271 255 305
Electricity savings % 11 8
Water savings % 6 -20

We prioritize electric and hybrid vehicles in our fleet, supported by on-site charging points. In addition, office staff have the option of working from home to minimize commuting emissions.

To minimise our environmental impact, we have eliminated plastic water bottles in favour of reusable alternatives. Rainwater harvesting systems provide water for toilet flushing, thus conserving water resources. We do see an increase in consumption in 2024 which is related to inconsistent rainfall. Using collected rainwater to supply the toilet does require regular replenishment with rain which we note to be less the case. We do however see short intense periods of rain which do fill the storage tank; however, once full the tank will overflow in the regular drain systems.

At MF Shipping Group, we actively support our partners, the shipowners, in renewing their fleets to keep them modern, efficient and environmentally responsible. We offer full or tailored fleet management services, depending on the client’s needs.

Between 2017 and 2027, our long-standing partner Erik Thun AB is adding 31 new vessels to their fleet, with MF Shipping Group overseeing project management. These vessels are equipped with advanced technologies such as peak shaving, battery systems, torque and mass meters, and eco-optimisation tools to reduce energy use and emissions.

We’re also preparing for the delivery of the first methanol ready coastal tankers; another step forward in supporting greener shipping solutions.

In 2024, the Thun Resource and Thun Reliance, two advanced specialised chemical/oil tankers, were delivered. These tankers are fully managed by MF Shipping Group and are designed for improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions, marking a milestone in sustainable and future proof fleet development.

We also proudly launched two dry cargo vessels, MV Tidan and MV Spiken, in the Netherlands. These are operated by Erik Thun AB and reflect our commitment to smart, sustainable ship design.

We’re equally pleased that our partner Alstership is renewing their fleet as well, with four newbuilds underway in China. The first vessel is expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.

Social

Creating a safe, inclusive and positive place to work

At MF Shipping Group everything begins with our people. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected and supported both at sea and ashore.

Respect for human rights is at the heart of how we work. We follow international labour standards and have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, forced labour and child labour.

We believe in equal opportunities for everyone and are proud of the diverse and multicultural teams that make up our organisation. Our strong people focused culture, what we call our ‘unique family’, helps us stay safe, support one another and work as one team.

Looking after our people means more than just physical safety. It’s also about mental wellbeing, a strong safety culture and job satisfaction. At MF Shipping Group, we are fully committed to zero incidents, both ashore and at sea.

To strengthen our safety culture, we introduced the SafeMind survey. In May 2024, we launched this ongoing feedback survey focusing on safety and wellbeing. The initial results show we score highly on trust, which is a strong foundation for our culture. At the same time, there is clear room for improvement in the areas of care and learning. These are key pillars where we are now directing more attention and effort.

The findings from this baseline survey highlight that while trust is a strength, care and learning still can grow. That’s why ‘Dare to Care’ has become our central theme for 2025. We are working to create the essential conditions for the next level of collaboration — where giving feedback, speaking up, and discussing dilemmas become a normal and safe part of everyday work. The next SafeMind survey is planned for June 2025, and we look forward to tracking our progress.

Office focus: leadership and team wellbeing

To better understand how our office colleagues are doing, we run short and simple surveys through EverybodyFrank. These surveys cover safety, stress levels, job satisfaction, and overall wellbeing. The results are discussed monthly within teams to encourage open and honest conversations about what is working well and where improvements are needed.

Our wellbeing dashboards help track progress over time, enabling us to take joint action to improve the work environment. Overall, scores align with industry benchmarks, but there are differences between departments. In particular, some teams have experienced unrest due to staff turnover, which we are actively addressing.

In 2024, we introduced the Facet5 leadership tool, a personality assessment that helps individuals and teams better understand behaviour, motivation, and work preferences. It fosters self-awareness and encourages colleagues to appreciate each other’s strengths. We began with our Board and Management Team, and throughout 2024 and 2025, Facet5 will be rolled out across the entire organisation. This initiative supports improved teamwork, stronger communication, and more effective leadership across the company.

Goals Outcome
Implement an employee satefy tool across all sea/office employees (sea/office) by Q1 2024. Set a baseline satisfaction score Tool introduced in 2024 for setting baseline Done may 2024

In 2024, we had the pleasure of coming together in person for the first time since the pandemic, during our Company Days in the Philippines, Turkey and the Netherlands. These gatherings were a special opportunity to reconnect across borders, share experiences and reflect on what it means to be part of MF Shipping Group.

A true highlight was celebrating our 30th anniversary — a milestone we marked with pride and gratitude. The events were more than a celebration; they were a powerful reminder of our shared purpose and values. Leadership and safety were central themes throughout the programme, sparking meaningful conversations and collective learning.

The Company Days gave us the chance to strengthen bonds, honour our people and look ahead, together, to the opportunities and challenges on the horizon. Because we believe a safe, healthy and inclusive work culture does not happen by chance. It is something we build, nurture and grow every day, together.

Introduction video of the Company Days.

At MF Shipping Group, we are strong advocates for diversity and equity in the maritime industry. We believe in the power of different perspectives and welcome people from all backgrounds. Today, 41,5% of our office team are women; including in roles traditionally dominated by men, such as technical and marine superintendents. The office tells a different story than at sea: gender diversity is clearly more balanced onshore, which shows what’s possible when the right conditions and opportunities are in place.

In November 2024, our CEO Karin Orsel was awarded the IMO Gender Equality Award — an international recognition we are incredibly proud of. This honour reflects not only her personal leadership, but also our shared values as a company.
At sea, the picture remains more challenging. Just 1.2% of our seafarers are women. That is in line with the global statistic: only around 2% of technical maritime roles are held by women. Attracting and retaining female seafarers is difficult and requires more than good intentions. It demands active, ongoing commitment, inclusive recruitment practices, strong role models, and clear pathways for development. That is why we are investing in the future. We pay close attention to gender balance in our cadet programmes, where currently one in three/four trainees is a woman. A small but meaningful step forward.

We know that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are not one-off goals. They require continuous effort and accountability. Our ambition is to create a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace for all. To help drive this, we have set up a dedicated DEI working group. These themes also took centre stage at our recent Company Days, where we addressed critical issues such as bullying and harassment. We reaffirmed our zero-tolerance policy and our commitment to a workplace culture based on respect, dignity and equality. On shore and at sea.

With sixteen nationalities represented across our teams, our diversity is one of our greatest strengths. But true inclusion takes work, and we are committed to that journey, together.

Diversity
Goals Outcome
Raise female seafarer representation to 2-5% by 2030
2023: 1,4
2024: 1,2%

Since Typhoon Haiyan struck Palompon City in 2013, home to many of our seafarers, we have been committed to supporting maritime communities in times of need. Through the MFG Seafarers Fund, we have provided help during natural disasters, the COVID-19 pandemic and other crises.

Over time, it became clear that the needs of seafarers and their families go far beyond emergency aid. That is why in 2025 we will launch a new charitable foundation with a broader and more future-focused mission. This initiative is designed to better support the wellbeing, education and resilience of seafarers around the world.

In addition to our global efforts, we also support local initiatives. We sponsor water sports events, festivals and contribute to food banks. As a member of Eems Dollard Regio (EDR), we actively support maritime education and cross-border collaboration in the northern Netherlands

Governance

Under the leadership of Theo Dik (CFO) and Karin Orsel (CEO), MF Shipping Group remains fully committed to ethical behaviour and strong corporate governance. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2024, these values continue to be at the heart of our culture and long-term sustainability strategy. We focus on transparency, accountability, and integrity to protect the interests of everyone involved with our company.

Beyond meeting industry regulations, we align with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards that reflect our commitment to responsible and transparent business. While MF Shipping Group is not required to report under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we already apply many of its principles to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.

Ethical behaviour is the foundation of our business sustainability. We have a clear Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct that all employees and partners must follow. This ensures legal compliance, environmental care, and fair labour practices. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for child labour and forced labour.

All new employees must read and agree to our Code of Conduct, complete the required training, and follow relevant policies. We also have an annual certification process to make sure everyone maintains our high standards of ethics and compliance.

MF Shipping Group is an active member of the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN). Together with MACN, we work to eliminate corruption in the maritime sector by raising awareness, sharing best practices, and cooperating with governments, NGOs, and others. All our employees receive anti-corruption training through MACN.

We have zero tolerance for corruption and bribary. Everyone—onshore and onboard—must comply with laws on corruption, bribery, and money laundering. We have clear procedures for employees to follow if pressured to pay bribes or make improper payments. Our company does not support any unethical behaviour. To avoid money laundering, all vessels must prove a clear connection between the contracting party and the final payment recipient, ensuring no parties are on sanction lists.

We also have strict rules on gifts and hospitality. Lavish or excessive gifts or entertainment are not allowed. Our employees must never give or accept cash or cash equivalents, directly or indirectly.

Goals Outcome
Achieve 100% compliance with the Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy (MACN) 2023 in progress.
Policy is updated;
80% compliance achieved for internal crew.
2024: 0 incidents
98% compliance achieved

To keep a safe and confidential reporting environment, we appointed an external Confidential Counsellor. Employees can report concerns anonymously and know they will be handled sensitively. In 2024, no incidents were reported.

Risk management is a priority for us, going beyond just following laws. Safety, environmental protection, and protecting people and assets come first. We carefully check all our partners to ensure they meet our standards. We are certified annually to ISO standards without any non-conformities in 2024. Our tanker fleet follows the Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) version 3, maintaining top safety and performance standards. Our company is ranked level 3, which is a very good ranking in accordance with the requirements of all major oil companies.

As an international ship manager, we comply with all IMO regulations and flag state rules for countries like the Netherlands, Norway (NIS), and Madeira. Our systems are regularly audited by classification societies, and fuel/energy companies audit our tanker operations every six months.

We pride ourselves on staying ahead of new rules and often being first movers in industry initiatives. We are active board members of key associations such as the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), European Community Shipowners’ Association (ECSA), Intertanko, Dutch Shipowners’ Association (KVNR), BIMCO, MACN, and ISWAN.

We know that everyone involved with MF Shipping Group must be able to trust us to protect their personal information. That is why we continuously improve our data protection and cyber security strategies to stay ahead of potential threats.

Cyber risks are managed through our Vessel Security Management System and addressed in our Port Facility Security Plans and Document of Compliance. Access to all key systems is secured through two-factor authentication. When we share data with partners, we use non-disclosure agreements with clear rules and time limits to ensure confidentiality.

In 2024, our Management Team followed training in preparation for the European NIS2 Directive. This training helped us strengthen our cyber resilience and increase awareness of legal obligations and good practices. More internal steps will follow to ensure full readiness.

Goals Outcome
Achieve NIS2 in 2025
2023 Ongoing
2024: Ongoing, pending formal legislation.

We believe in the power of collaboration to drive progress in the maritime industry. As active participants in national and international organisations, our employees play key roles in several influential groups. Karin Orsel, CEO, for example, is a board member of the Royal Association of Dutch Shipowners and chairs the ICS Diversity Panel After many years as vice-president, she became chair of ECSA (European Community Shipowners’ Associations) on 1 January 2024.

She also proudly serves as President of ISWAN (International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network), a global maritime charity focused on the welfare of seafarers and their families. ISWAN provides a 24/7 multilingual helpline, mental health awareness training and advocates for better social interaction and rest time for seafarers. We actively support these efforts.

Each of our vessels is given a social interaction budget to promote positive communication and a good atmosphere on board. Together with ISWAN, MF Shipping Group has taken part in several industry-wide projects, such as Mental Health and MARTHA (Fatigue Management).

Additionaly, we also joined the Maritime Just Transition Task Force, working with key stakeholders including ICS, the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). Our aim is to protect seafarers’ rights and to ensure a fair and sustainable response to climate change throughout the maritime sector, in line with SDG 17.

Looking ahead to 2025

At MF Shipping Group, our focus is not on the number of ships we manage but on how well we manage them. In the years ahead, our strategy is centred on building a stronger foundation. This means delivering operational excellence, ensuring our vessels perform at their best, and above all, creating a safe and sustainable working environment for everyone, both at sea and ashore.

We continue to invest in smart systems and technology that simplify processes, support our teams, and optimise the way we work. New tools like our Crew System and Planned Maintenance System will boost efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enable better decision making across the fleet. These advances will also strengthen the connection between sea and shore, which is a key focus for early 2025, alongside increasing compliance with NIS2 regulations.

The true strength behind everything we do is our people. No ship sails without them. That is why crew wellbeing, inclusion, safety, and leadership remain at the heart of our approach. In 2025, we proudly launch Dare to Care as our core theme – a clear call to look after ourselves, each other, and the environment we operate in. This theme is based on insights from our annual survey and reflects what matters most to our people. We will also reinforce the working group dedicated to driving this initiative forward.

From supporting newbuild projects to navigating change together, we will keep growing as one united team. We will put Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the forefront, support continuous learning and development, and foster a culture where everyone feels respected, valued, and heard.
Looking ahead, we are determined to keep strengthening our strategies and reach our goals. Together, we are moving forward towards a successful 2024 and beyond.
